Warranties for Prescription Eye Glasses

At VIP Eyes, our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following warranties are meant to be guidelines. If you have a specific need or special situation, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you.

  • Changes to your prescription are sometimes unavoidable. To that end, VIP Eyes offers to remake any doctor’s prescription (six months or newer) that must be changed. If the prescription is changed within 60 days of the date of purchase, we will remake it at no cost. From 61 days to 120 days, we will remake the lenses for 50% off.
